Jean-Michel Cousteau will be making a presentation at the Benaroya Hall in Seattle tonight! You can attend the first of five National Geographic Explorer Sessions as explorers discuss conservation of Oceans and Land through spectacular lectures with photographs and video of wildlife in its natural form. Jean-Michel is an experienced explorer with a rich history of diving. His first dive was at the age of 7 when his father, Jacques-Yves Cousteau, through him overboard with SCUBA gear. He has been diving ever since and like many divers, he has formed a connection with the species and habitats under the sea’s surface. This connection brought him to tell his story to others to get his audience to understand the urgent need to protect the Ocean’s resources.
Tickets can be purchased at the box office at the corner of Third and Union or you can order by phone at 206-215-4747. Enjoy the lectures!
